Cooee Lodge Retirement Village

Cooee Lodge Retirement Village is located in a beautiful rural setting, within one kilometre of the Gilgandra CBD and adjacent to the Gilgandra Multi-Purpose Health Service.

The village currently comprises 63 independent living units (Villas) for clients who can still live independently. These Villas are a combination of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom designs and some have utility rooms or sunrooms. All units have ample storage and are generally updated between occupants. Six of the one-bedroom units are managed on behalf of Legacy.

A community hall is also located on site and residents are encouraged to use the facilities for group activities.

If you think you would enjoy living in an environment surrounded by greenery and with a strong community spirit amongst residents, please give us a call.
